Carlos is impulsive and has repeated the same grade in school because he’s had little guidance in his life. Mayito is dedicated to school and isn’t allowed to play with other children even though he wants to explore the real Cuba. Carlos and Mayito may come from different lives but on May 1st they spend the day together to confront their realities and dreams.
Carlos es impulsivo y ha repetido el mismo grado en la escuela porque ha tenido muy poca guía en su vida. Mayito está dedicado a la escuela y no le permiten jugar con otros niños aunque él quiere explorar la Cuba real. Carlos y Mayito pueden venir de diferentes sectores sociales, pero el primero de mayo, pasan el día juntos para confrontar sus realidades y sueños.
