The International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago (ILCC) is launching its first-ever Black Friday Sales Event for the 41st Chicago Latino Film Festival, April 3rd-14th, 2025, offering an unprecedented 40% discount on its 10-film screening passport. The Sales Event will be held between Nov. 20th and December 31st, 2024.

The Film Screening Passport is a 10 ticket pass that can be used by one or more users to access the festival and its more than 100 films and 50 shorts screenings during the 11-day period. It’s a perfect gift for the cinephile in people’s lives or it can be used as a family gift, allowing ten views of any film shown at the film festival, with the exception of the opening or closing galas.

The Chicago Latino Film Festival is one of the oldest continually running Iberoamerican film festivals. Since 1985, this organization has advanced the knowledge and celebration of Latino film arts in Chicago, fostering understanding of the multicultural heritage found in Latino culture.

The limited-time offer prices the festival passport at $100, a significant markdown from its regular pricing. Typically, individual film screenings cost $16.00, making the passport an attractive option for film enthusiasts. The Black Friday deal provides buyers with a $60 savings compared to the standard passport price.

“This Black Friday sale represents our commitment to making diverse Latino cinema accessible to a broader audience,” said Pepe Vargas, Executive Director of the International Latino Cultural Center. “We’re excited to offer Chicago film lovers an incredible opportunity to experience the richness of Latino storytelling.”

In addition to the film passport discount, the ILCC will offer special pricing on branded merchandise, including:

  • Hoodies
  • Tee shirts
  • Hats
  • Tote bags
  • Mugs

The organization also reminds film and culture enthusiasts about its membership program, which provides year-round discounts on merchandise, music series tickets, and various ILCC programming held throughout Chicago.
